Martin is a qualified patent attorney who recently graduated from the University of St Andrews. He took numerous applied modules including analogue electronics, laser design and nanophotonics during his time at St Andrews and so can assist in a wide variety of technological areas. Martin finished top of his graduating class during his MPhys year where he designed a high-resolution capacitive dilatometer.

Assisted in drafting and prosecution work for a wide variety of inventions, from software and electronics to mechanical and aerospace-related technologies
Interned with the University of St Andrews’ Technology Transfer Centre, where he assisted in the commercialisation of academic research
Undertook a masters project that involved designing, assembling and testing a new device to measure length changes in quantum materials through capacitance changes
