Henrik has a wealth of experience advising clients in the fields of biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices and telecommunications, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, oppositions and appeals.
He works with a broad range of clients, from start-ups through large international corporations, and has particular experience in the life sciences and medical sectors, working with universities and spin-out companies.

- Worked closely with the drug development company Tikomed AB as its long term IP advisor
- In-house counsel for a major pacemaker manufacturer, working on its European patent portfolio drafting and prosecution patent applications
- Previously partner and chairman of a patent firm in Uppsala
