Overview

Ana is an associate European patent attorney with over a decade of experience. With a background in chemistry, she has collaborated with clients in diverse sectors such as cosmetics, carbon capture, pharmaceuticals, chemical mechanical polishing compositions, plasma arc torch technology, and battery technology.

She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and has completed a year of post-doctoral research. Prior to her career in patent law, Ana worked as a scientist for various multinational companies. Additionally, she has served as an IP Manager for a startup specialising in preventive medicine and diagnostics.

Ana provides counsel to a broad spectrum of clients, including universities, startups, and large corporations. She has extensive experience advising global businesses on patent prosecution before the EPO and related matters.
